Before establishing Distinct Medical Aesthetics, Jacklyn was a Plastic Surgery Nurse at Solomon Facial Plastic in Toronto, ON. During this time, she worked closely with Dr. Philip Solomon in the operating room, assisting with Facial cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures and gaining extensive experience in cosmetic surgery and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

She is a National Clinical Educator with Suneva Medical for Bellafill (the 5-year filler) and Silhouette Instalift threads. Additionally, she serves as a National Trainer and Key Opinion Leader for Sciton Lasers, offering expertise in Erbium fully ablative laser, BBL, and HALO laser. Furthermore, Jacklyn is a clinical trainer for THMA Consulting, guiding physicians and nurses who are new to medical aesthetics and safe injection techniques.
